Special Division to Our Head Department offers: New or Rebuilt Cylinder Heads at an affordable price
Cylinder Heads Remanufacture at our facility. All heads go thru a complete process once they arrive at our facility.
First and most important they are oven baked,magna fluxed, shot blasted, and jet washed to remove rust and scale.
Valve seats are 3 angle cut on our state of the art machinery.
Resurface mill.
Guides are checked and replaced or new over-size valves are used to provide better fit and oil control.
Valve stems are centerless ground, refaced, butt-end cut and chamfered.
All heads are vacumm tested to ensure proper valve sealing.
We have a large invetory ready to go of import export marine and automotive heads ready to go.
